Small Originals
Barbara and Rod’s daughter Anna has recently spent six months with Soul Action (Tear Fund/Soul Survivor) in Durban, South Africa as part of one of many teams working on various projects, supported by Tear Fund’s partner churches and organisations, in the townships surrounding the city, where there is a lot of extreme poverty. This was followed by 2 months in Mozambique with Iris Ministries at their ‘Harvest School’ for those considering going onto long term missionary service. Her next move is to work for two years as a volunteer with Latin Link working for the ‘Toybox’ charity working with Street Children in Guatemala City. Volunteers are totally self funded and Rod and Barbara’s focus for the middle part of 2009 has been helping to raise the funds required by Latin Link to cover the considerable costs. To this end Barbara has produced small (approximately postcard size) originals which are mounted on A6 sized mountboard which can be hung as they are, or mounted and framed. They have a small hanging loop attached to the back. They are available for £6.00 each, which includes postage. The full cost of these small originals will go towards Anna’s costs. Images of the originals for sale are shown below. These will be updated on a regular basis.
